SSL Certificate Activation

An SSL certificate ensures secure connections (HTTPS) for your website and protects user data. Below are the steps to activate SSL from the control panel.

After control panel authorization:

  1. Go to the Tools section
  2. Click on SSL Certificates

A page will open where you'll see:

  1. Installed SSL Certificates
  2. Self-signed SSL Certificates & Signing Requests (CSR)

If no SSL is active on the domain yet, a Self-signed certificate may appear.

Next to the domain, click:

Actions → Install free SSL

A confirmation window will open. Click Install.

The system will automatically start the certificate installation process.

After installation is complete:

  1. Issuer will change to Let's Encrypt
  2. An expiration date will appear
  3. The certificate will automatically renew when it expires

Your website will be accessible via HTTPS protocol.

Important DNS Information

If you've recently updated your domain's DNS and it hasn't fully propagated yet (DNS propagation), you may receive errors during SSL installation, such as:

  1. Domain is not pointing to this server
  2. Validation failed
  3. DNS does not resolve to this IP

This means the domain is not yet pointing to your server globally.

DNS update propagation can take from several hours to 24 hours.

What to do in this case:

  1. Wait a few hours
  2. Verify that your domain actually has our DNS configured
  3. Try SSL installation again

If the problem persists after 24 hours, it's recommended to contact technical support.
