DNS Update

Step 1: Login and Navigate to Domains Page

1. Log in to the user panel
2. On the main page you will see the "Domains" block
3. Click on the domains block

Step 2: Select Domain

1. The domains list will open
2. Select the desired domain with the checkbox
3. After selecting the domain, the actions panel will be activated in the bottom menu
4. From the bottom menu click the "DNS Update" button
5. You will be redirected to the DNS management page

Step 4: Change NameServers

On the DNS page you will see two options:

1. CleanNet standard DNS (automatically connects to our hosting services)
2. Custom DNS (manual NameServer entry)

Choose Custom DNS and fill in the fields:

1. NameServer 1
2. NameServer 2
3. (If needed NameServer 3–5)

NameServers should be obtained from your hosting or DNS provider (e.g. Cloudflare, other hosting providers, etc.)

Step 5: Save Changes

1. After correctly filling all fields
2. Click the "Change NameServer" button

Changes will be saved successfully.

Important Information

1. DNS changes propagation may take 2–24 hours, sometimes up to 48 hours
2. During this time the website or email may work unstably temporarily
3. This is a normal process and does not indicate an error
